Below is a representation of what you will see when logging in for the first time.

Each Step in Screen Shots
1.) Using Internet Explorer, 
Log in normally using your own credentials.
NOTE: this is your first initial last name and password. NOT pace/21mbs
2.) Be sure to check the box then click the ‘Download’ button.
3.) When asked to run or save, click Run.
4.) At the run Security Warning, click Run again.
NOTE: If prompted with a Run confirmation, click within the yellow bar,
then click “Run ActiveX Control”
The following screen will allow you access to either your Desktop or Outlook for your Email. 
After logging onto the Desktop, you will be promted with "Client File Security".
Allow yourself "Full Access" and also select "Never ask me again", then click OK.
Mac Users will have to download this software.
